1. Who can become a member?

2. Is every application automatically approved?

 

No. Every membership application is reviewed by NextEra Policy to ensure alignment with the organisation's objectives, values, and membership framework. The review process helps maintain the professional standards and integrity of the organisation's membership network.

 

3. Are there different membership categories?

 

Yes. NextEra Policy offers multiple membership categories designed to meet the needs of professionals, corporate organisations, startups, institutions, industry associations, and other eligible stakeholders. Details of each membership category are available on the Membership page.

 

4. Can members participate in committees and policy initiatives?

 

Yes. Depending on their membership category, expertise, and areas of interest, members may have opportunities to contribute to sectoral committees, research projects, policy consultations, publications, conferences, roundtables, webinars, stakeholder engagements, and other institutional initiatives organised by NextEra Policy.

 

5. How will members stay informed about NextEra Policy's activities?

They will also receive timely information regarding upcoming initiatives, engagement opportunities, and knowledge resources.

 

6. Can professionals based outside India become members?

 

Yes. NextEra Policy welcomes professionals, organisations, and institutions from across the world who wish to contribute to research, policy dialogue, international cooperation, and knowledge exchange. International members are encouraged to participate in the organisation's global engagement initiatives and International Desks.

 

7. Is membership available to students?

 

At present, membership is intended for professionals and organisations. NextEra Policy plans to introduce dedicated initiatives and engagement programmes for students and young professionals in the future.

 

8. Do members receive a Membership Certificate?

 

Yes. Upon approval of the membership application and completion of the applicable membership formalities, members will be issued an official Membership Certificate by NextEra Policy. Members will receive both a digital certificate for immediate use and a professionally printed certificate, which will be delivered to their registered correspondence address as a formal recognition of their association with the organisation.

 

9. Can a member upgrade or change their membership category?

 

Yes. Members whose professional profile or organisational status changes may request an upgrade to another eligible membership category. Such requests are reviewed in accordance with the organisation's membership framework and eligibility criteria.
